Egg whites with smoked salmon
Prep time: 15 minutes
Makes 1 serving.

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 oz smoked salmon
  • 5 cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 1 t olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Dash of paprika

Heat olive oil in a pan. Pour egg whites into pan and cook for a few minutes. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add smoked salmon. Fold egg whites over. Sprinkle a dash of paprika for color.
