Bacon, Spinach & Tomato
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 4 slices of reduced fat bacon
- 4 slices of tomato
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 T dijon mustard
Toast bread. Cook bacon. Sautee spinach. Slather mustard onto toasted bread. Layer with tomato slices, bacon and spinach.
